EU Digital COVID Certificate

From 12th July 2022, for issue or reissue of certificates, please go directly to either:

  1. HSE CDD Helpline - 1800 807 008. Opening hours are Mon to Fri 8:30am to 6:30pm

  2. HSE Online Digital COVID Certificate portal:

https://www.covidcertificateportal.gov.ie/

From the online digital portal it is possible to update details on a certificate (e.g change of name/DOB/email address), get a certificate reissued, check the status of the certificate, or obtain a certificate if vaccinated outside of the EU).
