Following the rollout of the EU Digital Covid Certificate and Covid Booster Vaccination Programme, updated Digital Covid Certificates are now being issued by the Department of Health to those who have received an additional vaccine dose.

This service is available ahead of new EU regulations which come into effect from 1st February 2022l establishing a 9 month validity period on certificates of vaccination for travel within the EU.

New certificates will be issued via email. An online portal is also available for eligible people who have not received their updated certificate or wish to make changes to their updated certificate.
