Flu Vaccine for Children

The children’s flu vaccine is free and available to all children aged 2 to 17 years.

The vaccine is given as a single spray in each nostril of the child’s nose.

Most children who get the flu have mild symptoms, but sometimes children get seriously ill with the flu. The flu vaccine is a safe, pain free and effective way to help protect children from the flu and to protect others too.
