Covid-19 Vaccines Update

We are currently not receiving a supply of Coronavirus vaccines at the surgery.

To get a free COVID-19 vaccine you can either:

• register for a vaccine or attend walk-in vaccination clinics when available

• book an appointment with a participating pharmacy if you’re aged 18 to 34 or aged 50 or over

Walk-in Vaccination Clinics

The next walk-in Covid-19 vaccination clinics for those aged 16 years and over will be operating as follows:

Cork City Hall Sunday 1st August 1pm to 4pm

MTU (CIT) Monday 2nd August 10am to 4pm

Register online

The latest group who can register online to get a COVID-19 vaccine are people aged 16 and 17.

If you are 16 or 17, you can give consent to get your vaccine. You should also discuss it with your parent or guardian if you wish.

If you are 18 or older, you can still register if you haven’t already.

16 and 17 year olds will be offered the Pfizer/BioNTech vaccine.

Everyone else will be offered either the Pfizer/BioNTech or Moderna vaccine.

To register online you need: A mobile phone number, an email address, your PPS number, your Eircode. If you do not have these things, call the COVID-19 helpline to register by phone instead.
