New Wing Opens at Kinsale Community Hospital

Dr David Nagle opening the new wing at Kinsale Community Hospital.

Before cutting the tape, Dr Nagle mentioned the importance of the local hospital within this community where local people, who needed a certain level of long or short term treatment, were able to remain in their community and be cared for by hospital staff who were known to them, often being their neighbours, friends or even relations, thereby making them feel more secure and protected.

He also welcomed the investment by the HSE in Kinsale Community Hospital which confirmed a commitment to its future which was reassuring for the population of Kinsale and its surroundings.
