EU Digital Covid Certificate

The EU Digital COVID Certificate (DCC) is proof (in digital or paper format) that you have either:

• been vaccinated against COVID-19 or

• received a negative COVID-19 test result or

• recovered from COVID-19 in the last 6 months

Digital COVID Certificates will be emailed or posted in the coming days for those vaccinated against Covid-19. These certificates are not issued by the surgery.

A certificate of recovery will be available from 11 days after a positive test, and will be valid for no more than 180 days. You will be able to request this DCC via a helpline.

If you do not receive your Digital Covid Certificate in the coming weeks, you can call the helpline 1800 851 504 in place to deal with your queries.
